Make a Difference in Your Community
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Retail Supervisor to join our charity shop team. If you’re passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a vibrant, community-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Maroochydore and Nambour
Position: Casual Retail– Monday to Friday flexible hours, including Saturdays.
​
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with purchases and enquiries
-
Operating the cash register and EFTPOS system
-
Sorting and merchandising donated goods
-
Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
-
Supporting the mission of our charity with a positive attitude
-
Supervise volunteers and other staff.​

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in retail and community work

Friendly, approachable, and helpful nature
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Reliability and honesty
-
Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we’re happy to train the right person!
